I recently spent three nights at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju, and it was a mostly enjoyable experience. The picturesque location was stunning, and the staff's service fully captured my appreciation, especially Mr. Aewoo Choi, who went the extra mile to help me find my daughter's comforting blanket. However, I did notice issues like inconsistent housekeeping and a few minor details that could be improved. Overall, I would rate my stay quite highly due to the really good staff and beautiful surroundings. 😊
